The following updates were made to the A02 BIOS to create the A03 BIOS:

Issues Fixed:
1.      Unable to boot from USB HDD if internal HDD and modular bay HDD
        are also present

2.      Dell Diags hang with Sony FDD.

3.      FX2 module detection error (stack overflow)

4.      USB reset too short causing some devices to not initialize properly

5.      Quickset problem where BIOS sent two eject make scan codes upon pressing Fn-F10

6.      System hang if receiving a call while system is entering S3

7.      No display on resume if lid closed when docked and 'eject pc' operation performed
    
8.      Bad battery information after battery swap while in S3

9.      Geyserville problem on resume from S4 

10.     Video problem/hang with locked FX/2 HDD

11.     D-Bay/DockBay ATAPI devices showing as 0 byte HDD in BIOS

12.     Missed password protected HDDs inserted into system D-Bay during S3 

13.     Hang booting El Torito hard drive emulation CDs from USB/1394
        optical drives.

14.     USB key devices run very slowly.

15.     Corrected CPU Speed behavior when SpeedStep setup field is DISABLED.

Enhancements:
1.      1394 boot support 

2.      USB MDP timing improvements

3.      Add two new bits to relay more information to audio driver

4.      Changed the Radio CMOS defaults on loss of power to: Radio = Enabled, Radio
        Control = F2/App

5.      Clean up default boot order code

6.      Set Brightness to Max if in POST and in Manufacturing Mode 

7.      Change FX2 device detection method on resume

8.      Added 'Configure Passwords' feature to Setup 

9.      Added USB boot support for Butterfly Media USB key

10.     Added USB boot support for Class code 08h 05h 50h  (SFF-8070i) drives.
        
11.     Prevent battery charging if battery SMB errors exceed threshold

12.     Added a byte to the SMBIOS DB tables to hold the revision of the hardware
        that controls that device bay

13.     Enhance battery overcurrent algorithm

14.     Show Trickle Charge LED code until battery cools down if battery is too hot to charge.

15.     Enable cache during ABIOS to reduce BIOS S3 resume time.

16.     Add code so BIOS can identify DVD+ re-writable drives.

1.	System not running at full speed after a resume from hibernate.
